Art Flores

Art was born May 24, 1937 in Bluetown, TX, to Natividad and Concepcion Flores. Art was married to Josephina Gonzales Flores on October 13, 1961 in Tulsa OK. Art and Josefina returned to Roby five years ago after serving their Heavenly Father. Art was a faithful servant for fortyfive years as Pastor, Evangelist, and Missionary. Twenty of those years he and Josephina served primarily in Manuel Bienvides, Chiuahua, Mexico. Art loved preaching Gods word and sharing his testimony. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Roby. Art is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Lupe Ramirez and Julia Barrera.
Art is survived by his wife Josephina of Roby two sons and a daughterinlaw, Tivo Flores of Amarillo and Art JR and Nora Flores of Roby three daughters and sonsinlaw, Rachel and Eli Sepeda of Roby, Isabel and Lupe Gonzales of Abilene and Christina and Hector Montoya of Odessa two brothers, Jose Flores of Fargo, MN and Juan Flores of Slaton one sister, Oriela Saldivas of San Angelo eleven grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that bibles be donated the First Baptist Church in Roby.
