Buddy Waldon

Buddy Waldon, age 65, went to be with the Lord September 30, 2015 in San Angelo, Texas. Buddy was born September 28, 1950 to William (Dub) & Lenora Waldon. He resided in Roby, Texas where he raised his children, owned Buddy's Auto, and was a friend to all who knew him.
Buddy is survived by son Shelton Waldon and daughters Hailey & Hanna; son Josh & wife Melissa Waldon and children Mackenzie and Kaden; daughter Chrissie & husband Dustin Ratliff and daughter Lacy Ratliff; Vicki Hardin and Ashley Cline. Buddy is preceded in death by his parents Dub & Lenora Waldon.
Those who knew Buddy know that he knew no stranger. He would welcome anyone into his home and give them the shirt off his back. He was infamous for being a talker. Anyone who got to listen to his stories knew how funny Buddy really was and what a joy he was to be around. Buddy cherished his family. He was always bragging about all their accomplishments and successes. Even more than his children, he loved his grandchildren. He would melt into a puddle when his granddaughters came around! Buddy will definitely be missed by all who met him.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 3, 2015, at the Roby Cemetery, under the direction of Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home.
