Carolyn was born August 25, 1935, in Farmington, New Mexico to Charles Chick and Faye Patterson Crawford. She graduated from Farmington High School, attended Eastern New Mexico University and then moved to Dallas to work for the District Attorneys office. Carolyn moved back to Farmington and met her future husband, Jimmy Anderson Wilburn. They married July 14, 1958 in Dove Creek, Colorado and lived in Farmington, New Mexico, Cortez, Colorado and Lexington, Ohio before moving to Roby in 1975. She and Jim owned Sweetwater Production, Inc., and after his death in 2006, Carolyn continued to operate the business. She faithfully served God all of her life and was a true servant of the Lord. Carolyn founded No Need for Need and The HUB, Christian outreach organizations in Roby. Her impact for Gods Kingdom is immeasurable Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two brothers Ned and Larry Crawford.
Carolyn loved her family dearly and is survived by two sons and a daughterinlaw, Mike Wilburn of Sweetwater, and Brad and Jullie Wilburn of Fort Worth two daughters and a soninlaw, Shannon Wilburn of Roby, and Courtney and Jason Grimes of Hurst seven grandchildren, Justin Wilburn, Amanda Fullwood and husband Cole, Chelsea Wilburn, Jake Wilburn, Ashley Wilburn, Zack Wilburn and Logan Grimes three greatgrandchildren, Caden Wilburn, Kamdon Fullwood and Lawson Fullwood brother and sisterinlaw, Tommy and Dolcie Crawford two sisters, Pam Isbell and Linda Grey brothersinlaw and sistersinlaw, Kenneth and Necy Wilburn, LaNelle and Jackie Wayne Etheredge, and James and Lucille Sherrill.
