Christina Rebecca Tacquard

Christina Rebecca Tacquard, beloved wife, sister, aunt, niece and cousin, gained her wings Monday, July 22, 2024. Christina was born on November 8, 1971 in Hamlin, TX to Audelia (Lydia) and Francisco Garcia. Tina graduated from Jayton High School. She went to school for Cosmetology and Teacher’s Aide. She married Martin Tacquard in Snyder on July 29, 2006. Tina’s children were her fur babies. She leaves behind Lizzie May.

Tina loved music and dancing. If George Strait music played, it was time to hit the dance floor! She loved cooking and was always eager to share new recipes. Tina loved her animals. She was never happier than when spending time with her family.

Tina is survived by her husband, Martin Tacquard, Her siblings, Alex (Stella) Garcia, Celia Land, Frank Jr. (Virginia) Garcia, and Yolanda Garcia. Nieces and Nephews: Mark and Blace Garcia and children Charlie, Owynn, Cal and Caemynn, children of David Garcia - Landry and Victoria, Joshua and Francis Land with children Autumn and Josh, Jeremiah and Emily Land with children Madison, Khaleesi, Beckett, Calliope, Jared Land and Johnny Land, Mark and Katie Luther with children Savannah and Owen, Desiree and Cory Creel and child Lillyann, Chyanne and Johnathon Hino-Josa with children Cataleya and Gregorio, Dylan Garcia, Chastity Garcia with child Adrian,

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lydia Garcia, her sister, Cindy Conway, nephew David Garcia and brother-in-laws Doug Conway, John Land, and Phillip Garcia.

Rosary will be Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home at 6:00pm in Rotan, TX. Graveside service will be Friday, July 26, 2024 at 10:00am in Jayton, TX.
