Debbie Gruben

Rotan-Debbie Gruben, 67, passed away December 21, 2018, in Fisher County. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Cross Roads Baptist Church. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Cross Roads Baptist church before the service. Burial will be in Belvieu Cemetery, directed by Weathersbees-Ray Funeral Home.
Born on January 16, 1951, Debbie was the daughter of the late Bobby and Gene (Parmelly) Hayes. She married the love of her life Harold Gruben August 11, 1972, in Fisher County. Debbie went to work for Hargrove Crop Insurance in 1988 where she later retired. She enjoyed crafting, shopping, grandbabies, hunting arrowheads and cooking for her family. Christmas was Debbie's favorite time of year.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Candi Hayes.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Harold; one daughter, Amy and her husband J.D. Elrod; and two grandchildren, Riley and Kayme Elrod.
