Elizabeth Donaghey

Born January 1, 1955, in Rotan, Texas, Kay was the daughter of Richard Dale and Mary Annetta (Taylor) Hawkins. She graduated from Rotan High School in the class of 1973, and married Prentice Donaghey at Potosi. Kay worked for several years as a Nurse's Aide at the Nursing Home in Rotan. In her spare time, Kay enjoyed working on puzzle books. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rotan.
Kay is preceded in death by her husband, Prentice Donaghey; her father, Richard Hawkins; her grandparents, Sam & Gladys Taylor; her aunt & uncle, Harold and Vona Levens; and her uncle, Charles Taylor.
She is survived by her son, Isaac Donaghey of Rotan; her mother, Mary Hawkins of Sweetwater; her brother, Shane Hawkins and wife, Kelly, of Sweetwater; her grandson, Isaac Donaghey, Jr., and numerous cousins.
