Juanita was a daughter of the late William Thomas Barber and Era Blakeley Barber. Juanita married Lewis Barrett Chunn in Pike County, AR on August 17 1948. She moved to Jayton in 1969 and worked as a Nurses Aide at Kent County Nursing Home for thirtytwo before retiring. Juanita liked to cook, and spend time reading her bible. She was a devout Christian and excellent loving mother and grandmother. Juanita was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jayton. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Lewis R. Chunn, a granddaughter, Kara D. Smith, one brother, Martin Barber, and one sister, Estelle Parker.
Juanita is survived by her seven sons and three daughtersinlaw, John and Penny Chunn of Brownwood, Mike Chunn of Sweetwater, Larry Chunn of Willmar MN, Otis Chunn of Kingsville TX, Danny and Rhonda Chunn of Smyrna, TN, Rodger Chunn of Jayton, and Timmy and Becky Chunn of Bushland, TX a daughter and soninlaw, Wanda and Bill Smith of Sweetwater three brothers and sistersinlaw, Jappy and Carol Barber, Jesse and Marla Barber, and Jerald and Barbara Barber two sisters, Louise Fowler, and Pauline Bevin eighteen grandchildren and twentysix greatgrandchildren.
