Fannie Nabors

January 1, 1919 — March 11, 2014

Born in Plano, TX, Fannie was a daughter of the late Raymond Drake and Lettie Hugby Drake. Fannie graduated high school in Plano and married John Nabors on August 15, 1936 at a Ministers house in Plano. She worked for Walls Manufacturing in Sweetwater as a seamstress. Fannie love to sew, crochet, embroider and quilting. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Rotan. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her daughter Ella J. Nabors Brown.
Fannie is survived by her sons, Hardy Nabors, John Nabors, Jr., and Etherero Akinsuegun Jimmy Nabors two daughters, Eva Shelton, and Barbara Walker sixteen grandchildren, and numerous greatgrandchildren and greatgreat grandchildren.
