Jamie Nino

Jamie Nino, born on April 13, 1987, in Lubbock, Texas, was a cherished wife and mother whose warmth and spirit touched the lives of many. She graduated from Jayton High School in 2005 and embraced her journey as a loving wife and devoted mother.

Jamie was married to her beloved husband, Nick Nino, on November 21, 2003, sharing a life filled with joy and love. She was an affectionate mother to her two special daughters, Sianna and Sophia Nino. Jamie found immense happiness in her family. She was very proud to be called a Nino.

She was a fun-loving individual who enjoyed cooking for her family and had a special bond with animals, particularly her dog, named Boy. Jamie was known for her talent in fixing her hair, and she lovingly earned the nickname "Silva Queen" among her friends and family.

Jamie is survived by her husband, Nick Nino; daughters Sianna and Sophia Nino; step-son Dominick Nino; grandsons Hezekiah Reyna and Ian Niño; granddaughters Olivia and Ava Nino mother Brenda Long; sister April Forbes; brothers Bryan Long and Robert Crandell; several in-laws, nieces, nephews and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Long, and her parents-in-law, Maria and Juan Nino.

A memorial service to honor Jamie will be held on March 11, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home in Rotan, Texas.
