Janel Holcomb

Midland-Janel Holcomb, 83, passed away August 29, 2018, in Midland. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 31, 2018, in Roby Cemetery, directed by Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home.
Born April 6, 1935, in Rotan, Janel was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lometa (Silver) Little. She graduated from Rotan High School and later married the love of her life Doyle Wayne Holcomb on August 27, 1954, in Clovis N.M. They lived in various places and moved to Midland in 1972. Janel enjoyed quilting and was a member of the Midland Quilters Guild.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Doyle W Holcomb, one grandchild, Steven Neil Holcomb, and one brother Lauren Little.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Judy Holcomb; one daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Mark Hursh; grandchildren, Ryan and Corina Dettman, Lance and Cara Holcomb, Abbie, Clay, Matt and Macky Hursh; numerous great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces; one sister and brother-in-law, Gaylita and Bob Pugh.

Service
