Mildred was a daughter of the late George Irvin Parker, Sr. and Merry Leona Holland Parker. Mildred graduated from Roby High School in 1965. She worked as a nurses aide, was a parts manager for the Chevrolet house in Rotan and delivered the Abilene Reporter News newspaper. Mildred was a lifetime resident of Fisher County living a brief time in Abilene in 2009 and later moved back to Rotan in 2011. Mildred loved high school sports and was a big supporter of the Roby Lions. She was a member of the Lions club in Roby and belonged to the First Baptist Church in Roby. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother George Parker, Jr. and three sisters Willardene and Maurcene Parker and Wanda Faye McClendon.
Mildred is survived by her brother and sisterinlaw, Charles and Mary Parker of Abilene her nephew Randy Parker and his wife Donna her niece Tina Walker and her husband Ed and two greatnieces and greatnephew, Kaylee Mae Walker, Reanne Parker and Blake Parker.
