Rotan- Ola Mae Woolf, passed away March 22,2021, in Abilene. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Rotan. Burial will be in Belvieu Cemetery, directed by Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home.
Born September 7, 1936, in Spur, Ola was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ollie Cornelius. She enjoyed gardening and canning the fruits of her labor. Ola also had a love for horses and sewing. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Hamlin.
She is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Ollie Cornelius, her son Michael Woolf, a daughter Pamela Sooter and a sister, Glenda Nash.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Woolf and his wife Jeanie of Wichita Falls, Tx.; a daughter Sarah Grudier and her husband Scott of Beaumont, Tx.; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; her sisters, Doris Johnson of Sweetwater, Tx. Lillie Pitman of Snyder, Tx. Joyce Miller and her husband Rev. Ted Miller of Hamlin, Tx. Peggy Messick of Rotan, Tx. Barbara Woolf and her husband Floyd Woolf Jr. of Hamlin, Tx. Loretta Hudnall and her husband Wallace Hudnall of Sweetwater, Tx. and Rosie Wright of Hamlin, Tx.
