Sherry Hess, 60, of Slater, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, in Saline County.



Funeral services and burial will be held in Texas. ation will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Slater. Memorials may be made to family choice in care of CampbellLewis Funeral Home in Marshall. may sign the register book at www.campbelllewis.com.



Born Oct. 21, 1952, in Rotan, Texas, she was the daughter of James Nettleton and Marguerite Willingham Nettleton who survive of Fisher County, Texas. On July 28, 1973, she married Bruce Hess who survives of the home. She was a

1970 graduate of Hobbs High School and a 1974 graduate of Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in Lubbock, Texas. She had lived in Slater since 2010, moving from Santa Anna, Texas, and was currently working as a registered nurse at The Living Center in Marshall. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Slater.



In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by one daughter, Laura Jackson of Marshall one son, Terrell Hess of Early, Texas four grandchildren one brother, Gary Nettleton of Fisher County, Texas and several nieces and nephews. .
